Welcome to the Quality Manager Portal (QM Portal)

We are excited to announce the launch of our new QM Portal, designed to provide enhanced functionality for our customers. This upgraded portal includes new features, such as the ability to view the status of active proficiency tests. It also retains all the functionality of the previous QM Portal, including access to reports, invoices, and receipts.

Transition to the New QM Portal

To ensure a smooth transition, access to the new QM Portal is being phased in throughout 2025:

  • Customers receiving tests distributed in 2025 will gain access to the new QM Portal. This will allow you to view the status of active tests as well as access reports, invoices, and receipts.
  • Customers who have not yet received 2025 tests will continue to have access to the old QM Portal until their first shipment of tests is sent later in 2025. Once your first 2025 test shipment has been sent, you will be granted access to the new QM Portal.
